I've hit a real down period. I really don't want to go to the psydoc and just get another up in meds amount lecture. I just want to find my way up without bumping the meds up everytime. There has to be a better way. I felt real good for about a year after intitial diagnosis and treatment but now I'm struggling.

After 16 years of diagnoses, I can't tell you how many times I've had my meds adjusted.
