Does olanzapine have to be paired with Prozac?

Does it really have to be Prozac? I know they used Prozac in their study to prove its effectiveness. But shouldn't it also work with other SSRIs? Years ago, I used it with Paxil. I'm about to start olanzapine at a low dose tonight with my Paxil.

No it does not. I’ve been on Zyprexa many years and never took Prozac with it

Son once again I'm not sure where your getting these random snippets of info, but I've found numerous references of Zyprexa working with other Anti-Depressants to help control BiPolar Depression.

    I have neurological conditions, and mood stabilizers make my muscle stiffness worse to the point that I can't get back into my wheelchair after trying lamotrigine, then Seroquel, then Abilify. Then I fired my psychiatrist after he tried to get me to withdraw from Ativan before I stabilized on a mood stabilizer. So while on the waiting list to see a new psychiatrist, I have to use my family...
