Sometimes when bp people are manic I wonder what God can do to help them? Any little wrong move and you could get killed. Do we know what were doing when were manic and does God give us a break when we do stupid things? Let me know what you think.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
God always accepts and forgives us, if you believe the Bible (not a literal Bible reader here).
I think we do know what we are doing to some extent, but I feel we sometimes cannot control ourselves as well. Anger, Anxiety, spending money unwisely, etc.
Addressing how GOD can help us BP's is more of a complex question / answer. GOD has made a way for us in salvation when Jesus returns we will rise to meet him in the air and receive our new bodies free of the Adamic curse and perfect in every way. The best thing we can do is close the door, pray in private and meditate on the Psalms or other scriptures for comfort. David in the Psalms went through more than we can imagine and he would write how great our GOD is and proclaim his wonders!!!
GOD and Jesus will never leave you nor forsake you.... amen

Each mania is different for each individdle.God is the same.
I saw a sign yesterday that said, "God doesn't give us our problems, He has us go through them".
I thought that was rather too fine a distinction, for my taste.
If God is love, I find it hard to believe that He punishes anybody.
