I feel like my family thinks that I do things on purpose. Today my whole family kept telling me that I needed to stop being bipolar. I needed to talk less, or be more positive, or be happy that I am alive. Why do people think we can turn off our illness. My meds are not working so I am trying to get back on track and the only thing my family can do it say stop being bipolar and grow up. What the hell is wrong with people does anyone else have family like this?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps.
