Here in the last week or so I am manic during the first par of the morning. THen around 12-1 I have my lows, where I really don't want to be bothered, I want to just hide in my office.
And it is happening litteraly everyday?
What causes this? Could it be the meds maybe need to badjusted?
100mg Lamictal (stability)
1 mg Clonazepam (at night for anxiety?)
25mg seoquel (sp) to help sleep and stay asleep (Not really working well)
and 150mg Wellbutrin (Depression)

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Could just be a mixed state.
I could also be talking out my butt.
As far as sleeping you may need to increase the seroquel. I take 100mg at night.
I never once thought of it as being hypomanic or manic at all? This is something I am going to have to journal about.
