Sometimes I have a memory of an event.Later I realise that that memory was really three or four separate events merged together.
It's strange when my memories do that to me.Like childhood games on a birthday that turns out to be made up of different events that took place at different times.
Makes me wonder how much of our events we share here are totally coherent.
How much can you trust your Memory ? Is it a BP thing ?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
That's why I get so upset at Johnny Depp for leaving crumbs in bed.
But the problem is that anyone who was there also, brother, wife, son, dog, mite all disagree with me.
Just because you said it is enough for me, I must be doing this also all the time.
BUT lately my days run together, and i have no idea what i did yesterday or last week, or has it already been a year??? i write little notes in my calendar, little triggers. partly to remember that when "i feel cured"...for weeks now, i can check to see that REALLY it's only been two days...thanks to the wonderful BP.
I swear that something weird happened.Just an exchange of words..mainly abuse. So I didn't tell my brother..as they were his best friends at the time.
I am sure that they were in my face, right close and saying " Well, your brother's a C**t too!! " etc.Wanting me to fight them.
I told my brother yesterday.10 yrs after.I made it clear that I was very ill.BUT still sure that they had been giving him shit via me.
He asked me to tell him which friends..but I can't remember names.Just blurry features at a party.
Memory is weird now.
Remembers emotions rather than the clarity of events.
