Just a question as my therapist and I were talking about this. People often are comfortable with crisis in their lives continually because that is all they know. Personally I think I create crisis and have gone from crisis to crisis throughout my childhood and adult years. It is only in the last few years where I have been removed from the responsibility of career and motherhood that I have begun to examine my own life choices and the results that those choices bring to me. Do you bring crisis into your life out of learned behaviours? Is this the basis for some mental illnesses? What are your thoughts or personal experiences?
