How do you know your bipolar? Aside from being dx, how do YOU personally know? Because I dont know for sure. I have been told by 6 or 7 pdocs I do in fact have bipolar disorder when I was hospitalized. But I dont quiete understand what happened. It was like one day I was fine, the next I was in the hospital and it got worse from there. I dont remember half of my stay there. Things were so out of control. But cant this happen with borderline and ADHD? I question if I have one of those instead. Cuz I have been struggling for a long time with this dx and for some strong reason, I just dont think I have bipolar. I think I have borderline or ADHD. Ofcourse I have asked and got several opinions and they come back saying the same thing. But how do they know if I dont? If i dont believe it, then why do the pdocs say it? I believe it sometimes though. but mostly not. I want to test it by going off my meds again and spend every single day paying attention to my moods. but again, adhd is hyperactive mood, and borderline has mood instability just the same as bipolar. so how do i know? how do YOU know?

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
