So today I was in one of those moods where everything got on my nerves. One person who knows about what's going texted me and I snapped on them. She told someone else (it was related to them so that part was fine) and he wants me to apologize for "having a moment".
WTF- is that something I have to do?!?!?! If that's the case I'm gonna spend the rest of my life apologizing to everyone I talk to. DO I NEED TO APOLOGIZE FOR BEING BP?!?!?!
Any advice would help.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
You don't have to apoligize, but in your mind if you think it was uncalled for, then you probably should. But only you can make that call. What I view as "uncalled for" can seen as appropriate by someone else, so it all depends on the person. I think in this type of situation all you can do is follow your instincts.
Just think about this though, if you don't have to apologize for being bp, by that theory no one should apologize to you for being "normal" either.
It doesn't seem fair to have to apologize for being bp, but apologizing is just a part of it. We do shit we can't control, but people apologize for things THEY can't control, like knocking something over.
Same principle.
I'm sorry. I can't help you at the moment, please call (or text) later.
Thank you for your undivided and unquivering stubborness in this matter.

I have yet to talk with either of these people since this happened. I'm so torn I still can't figure out what to do.
