So, brand new here and have been looking through some of the past discussions. There seems to be a trend of answers either being flip, crude, condescending, or just plain insensitive. Is this pretty much the norm for the site? Not really wanting to waste my time looking for support someplace that I'm not likely to get it... Have had a couple of warm welcomes which is really nice, but when I'm reading discussions about sleep and the first suggestion is to "bust a nut", and questions about person grooming which are answered with "gosh, I'm too depressed to worry about something so trivial", it doesn't exactly inspire confidence that if I do need to open up I'll get anything worthwhile out of it. Has anyone else noticed this, and if so, have you A: gone ahead and posted something for discussion and B: gotten helpful replies?
