Hello there. I was wondering what people's experience of anxiety attacks are like compared to hypomania? I have been diagnosed as BP2 about 10 months ago, but recently my psychiatrist has suggested that maybe some of my hypomania episodes possibly stem from anxiety, as they both embody a similar 'energy'. For me, in these episodes I usually feel 'wired' and have this extreme energy pumping through me, sometimes I feel agitated and irritable but other times I feel a bit 'typsy' and elated. It's left me feeling very confused.

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips.
