does anyone find that taking care of yourself in ways like what you put into your body and exercise help a lot with your moods? for me having a daily routine with a certain diet ( im allergic to wheat dairy and sugar !! :( ) and exercising at least an hour a day .. all these factors are huge helpers with bipolar for me at leaST. BUT it involves huge amounts of willpower lol but i also find that a lot of people dx with bipolar are extremely sensitive to environmental toxins and food so its important to be very very healthy ??
