i have a really terrible memory. i just came home from the psychiatrist i'm supposed to go pick up new medicine--depakote--and i don't remember if i was supposed to go get my bloodwork done now or before i see her again in a month. do they usually want to know what your baseline levels (liver function & blood count)are before you start taking it?

Thats what mine wanted, the baseline levels, before you start! That way they could make sure I was healthy in the first place and have the comparrison. But asking your doctor is a good Idea! Good Luck!

They usually don't ask for baseline, but they will definently want your levels before you see them again. They will want to make sure the depokote is working at a theraputic level depending on the outcome they will adjust your dosage. If you need anymore help don't hesitate to message me.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps.
