how do you deal with family/friends that don't understand what this disease is? my sister and i have both been diagnosed...my sister is doing well, but i have the outbursts and mood swings and then i get in a deep depression. my family doesn't understand. i'm in the beginning of treatment and haven't found the right path yet. how can i make my family understand?

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips.
