Think about it, hyper religiosity, not sleeping and eating for a few days at a time while preaching and healing to the point where the apostles had to remind him that these things had gone unaddressed? At other times, begging off, and sleeping during the daytime on the fishing boat, or trying to find a place to crash and avoiding the crowds. He wept over other people's plight, looking a lot like periods of depression. Charismatic, at times the life of the party. Is this truly too unholy to consider?

I gave my 2 week notice last Friday 13th. Now to join you fine people in a life of leisure and nothing else to do but to look out for myself....is it just me or does that sound pretty boring? My goal was to live to retire and I guess having to take early retirement because of health reasons wasn't exactly the way I had planned things. I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. Did you like the Alan Jackson youtube I sent you?
wait... maybe he did have bipolar... feelings of grandiosity... well.. he did think he was god after all... lmao!
I will pray one day you all will feel it.
If Jesus WERE BP, does that somehow lessen him? Would he be less holy, less worthy, less extraordinary, less revolutionary? Some Christians teach that Jesus experienced every kind of pain that we have, so that's why he can empathize for reals. So, why not the psychic pain of mental illness?
Couldn't the Almighty God USE a person's mental illness for good? Perhaps He has USED a good person's manic episode to give that person the boost of confidence and hyper belief required to help them do something extraordinary. This can be viewed from more than one angle.
If you beilive in him like I do then you will know if he was bipolar he was even more he was the son of god and had to be the nicest bipolar person that has ever walked this earth.
:)
Thing is, I can't imagine one reason why Jesus would object to my theorizing.
