I suffer from a very severe form of arthritic. The medication I take for my BP as well as other illnesses limits me to only extra strength Tylenol to be used only sparingly on extremely bad spells of pain. I am trying other forms of pain relief such as ice packs and heat. Is there anyone else here who suffers physical pain in silence as well? Any suggestions to deal with the pain will be welcomed. I find sometimes chatting takes my mind off the pain.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
limits your treatment options. I wish you well in your search for relief.
LOL
I have no pets... sobs.
That's it, I need a pet.
I'll let you know when I get one :D
So I'll give some time to the decision. Thank you for the advice about 2 cats.. I can see your point. I use to have a farm and breed horses and also yellow labs. They liked company. They would both need to be fixed in that case.
In the end Im not pain free but I can tolerate it most days. I actually end up using my xanax on bad days just to cope pain wise. I hope you feel better...
I dunno if it would help have you tried the electro stimulous treatments they can do in pain clinics?
I also use heat... my heating pad is never more then an arms length away and I take LOTS of baths
