I am sure this has been gone over before but is it bp or me that I cant stay on track for more then 2-3 months? If not one to two months on anything from making my bed to doing a study program to journaling to cooking meals to doing any consistent format?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse.
