I was diagnosed with manic bp back on Valentine's Day, that I have a mild case I guess. I would like to get a much better handle on my anger, especially when I get very angry and was told that CBT/DBT was good for learning different coping methods. Do I need to see a psychologist in order to find out where to get CBT/DBT help or where can I find this kind of help?
