When you are about to have an episode, can you "feel" it coming on? How? In what ways do you know something is coming on? I'm new to charting my cycles and recognizing signs. But the thing is, i just got out of the worst episode of my life. I'm medicated. But I feel like I'm about to have another episode. Just my irrational thoughts (that I'm still able to rationalize) and my extreme irritability and just this "feeling" I cant describe. Does this happen to anyone else or is it just me?
