So...I'm trying to create structure for myself. I created a routine for myself on the job and I'm doing pretty good sticking to it (though it takes much effort to stay focus.) However, at home I'm finding it difficult to stay focused. I feel totally scattered and go way off my schedule. Does this happen to anyone else? If so, how do you get yourself back on track? It makes me nervous and anxious when I get scattered like this. Its weird, anyway. Thx
