I've been treated for depression for the past almost 9 years as a result of PPD with my first born daughter. I've been off and on several anti-depressants over this period of time. Although I know I'm depressed i KNOW that there is something more going on but I couldn't put my finger on it...after speaking with a friend she thought maybe BP since she's got experience with it in he family. My question that I need advise on is how do I go about seeing a professional about this? I see a psychotherapist for talk therapy and a PA (physician assistant) who prescribes my shitty effexor for me. Who would I see and my main question is what do I ask when I call to schedule an appt? 'Umm I'm crazy? what kind of craziness do i have?' Any ideas or offers of advise for me?
Thanks in advance!

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
