Hi, I'm new to the sight and recently diagnosed with rapid cycling. I have a question: On the rare occasions that I can quiet the chaos in my head, there is still this audible buzzing. I can't really describe it. It's kind of like when your ears ring, only it's inside my head and it's lower-pitched. It's like I can never fully clear my head. Has anyone else experienced this? Is this part of BP?

I'll be up for most of the night I'm sure. I got mine off my chest but I still can't sleep. If talking will help, I'm here.
I copied them to MP3 player and put my headphones on when I need to sleep. I'm always passed out half way through the second one.
I listen to them during the day sometimes too when I get upset about things.
