Im wondering if bp disorder has anything to do with spit personalities as well.
Let me tell you a short story and u can give me some insite on this.
Last night I asked my daughter if she would please take off her school uniform and bring it to me to wash so i could make a full load.
After 5 minutes she didnt come to the laundry room so i yelled from downstairs for her to bring them to me.. next thing I know shes yelling and screaming, brought me the clothes, told her dad she was quitting her job, called me a bitch, I went upstairs and told her this is enough, so i took her video game away, she kept going so i took her cell phone away from her as well.. she had much to say as im sure u can amagine..
I came down to my office to get away from the situation for a bit.
The next think I know, not even 10 minutes later, she comes into my office all calm, asks me if I want a drink or anything, hugs me and sits down beside me as though nothing happened.
I took that opportunity to talk to her about what just happened, and she just shruggs, like it was nothing or as though it never happened...
Im confussed... is this normal for bp?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
BD is classified as a more serious mental illness or disorder. I am sure because of this there are easier ways to handle them than to challenge them. I am the type of person that if you challenge me I would rather cut off my arm than give in. But if you handle me differently then I am puddy in your arms.
The fact that she is a teenager means whatever the way to handle her is multiply that by a thousand.
