My Bi-polar monster is myself when I blow-up. Nothing scarrier then not being able to stop yelling at your loved ones and saying horrible hurtful things that should never be said. The ADHD part of me has a hard time filtering out the things that should never be said outloud.

Mines a black hooded figure that only I can see. Its at my shoulder in my dreams, just about everywhere Lurking. It It has no face or shape, more like a black cloud of abyss. Its eyes are blue, but when you look into them they are glass. And all I see is amy reflection. Oh and its holding a cheesecake!

Happens in pure BP too.
Some things that make us terribly deflated, they evolve and somehow our responses tame the beast a little more each time.I never noticed that till later.
I'm only sure of that in my life though.One of those baffling " How did that happen ? " things.

This is my BP Monster. Let me intoduce him to everyone. His name is George and he lives inside my body. He drips his insiduous poison into me and if I don't keep him in check he engulfs me, swallows me up and I disappear. He likes salt and vinegar crisps. He doesn't sleep very well and thinks it's amusing to keep me awake too. I would love to get him exorsized but so far he has resisted every attempt.

    theatre and I are there already. I'm having a very berry tea with crackers, cheese and cherry tomatoes and she's having a joint with some beer and we're both on really comfy recliners on thick pile carpet. we need some help with the decor if anyone is around??
