It seems like whenever my moods swing my dh blames it on me being bipolar. True lately that is where I think the blame belongs but my point is can't a person just have a bad day once in a while and be in a bad mood or angry withOUT it being blamed on bipolar. At least dh is acknowledgeing my issues (I think) but blaming all my mood swings on bipolar isn't the answer either. Suggestions anyone?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Take care

I hate the word "normal." Normal as compared to what? Is there such a thing?
Anyway, I think it's important to pay attention to the severity of the swing. I mean, when my mood flips I can literally feel the chemical change in my body. It's like it washes over me. Typically BP swings last months, day to day moods can just be moods. Just keep tabs on whether or not you find yourself irrationally flip-flopping
