Does anyone else ever get annoyed by the seemingly frequent bipolar jokes? I don't think people say it to be mean, necessarily, but rather they don't completely understand the severity of the illness. But regardless, sometimes it gets on my nerves when people ask "What, are you bipolar or something?" not just to me, but to anyone else. To me it's not something to joke about. Maybe I should take it more lightly, but it bothers me a little bit. So I was just wondering, does anyone else find any of those jokes offensive? Using being bipolar as an insult or a joke really isn't fair to the people who suffer from it.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps.
