When I had my first hypomanic episode, it began with a very strange dream while I was sleeping. Before that I was slow and depressed, after that, I became uplifted, quick thinking - typical hypomania. I then read of a study done in the 60s, where people shifting from depression to hypomania often experience a dream during the shift - and the dreams typically involve one experiencing a violent death. Mine was different. Has anyone here experienced a dream during their shift from depression to hypomania?

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
