Went to a talk given by Bipolar Boy, Paul E. Jones, he is a comedian who has bipolar. He gave the best talk anyone that I've ever heard regarding bipolar. He has written a book "Dear World a Suicide Letter." He also has a website, BipolarBoy.com. Check it out. He really brought me up from feeling sorry for myself and feeling that bipolar was just the end of living. If you ever get the chance to hear him talk please go you owe this to yourself. He lives in Ohio, and travels to give talks. If you belong to your local Nami, they advertised Bipolar Boy and I heard him speak in Baltimore, Maryland. He is a true inspiration.
