I've heard that certain foods affect mood, and I've wondered if anyone has diet restrictions? I'm concerned about monitoring my diet for both mood stabilization and to avoid excessive weight gain that often accompanies meds. I really like many principles of south beach diet and had success with it in the past. It forces me to plan ahead and pack my own lunches and not grab quick fixes. I need the discipline!

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
