Hi all,Iv'e been doing great for a few months now, sleeping a bit better,no big mood swings ect.All until today,I had a big panic attack at work.It came out of no where.I tried to control it and had to go the toilet to calm down.It didn't work and I returned to the shop hallucinating, hear pounding and feeling terrified of everyone.I couldn't stand loud noise and finally felt a little better after two hours.I'm still not 100% and am sensitive to loud noise and lights.I just find it weird that it hit me so hard and I haven't had one for months.I must have looked drunk coz my balance was kinda gone,I felt too embarsed to tell my boss,as we were very busy at the time.I can't just drop work and hide, eventhough that's all I wanted to do.I'm wondering what's going on because last night I started hearing voices again(I have psychotic depression as well as BP) I took my meds and that fixed it.I'm also wondering if I have epilepsy coz I seroiusly didn't feel right, and the lights were making me feel really weird.I don't know..just updating people on how I am.Hope everyone is doing ok.

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
