So no matter what the situation I always manage to find my way into dominating the conversation, interrupting people, carrying on & on about the strangest things. Sometimes people laugh, but then it can quickly get out of hand too & I morph into this rude, rambling freak! By the time I can find the self control to bite my tongue, it is far to late. I left Thanksgiving feeling awkward & embittered as a result of "big mouth syndome"!
So tell me I'm not alone here? I am medicated, yet this part is still out of control. What do the rest of you do to tame the million mile a minute manic mouth rambling?
Anyone relate?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Time passes.Lessons learned.
Conversation mastered.
I just had a big laugh, LOL! I bet you're right. It seems like most of us worry about too much about what we do like the whole world revolves around us, LOL! Nonetheless, the big mouth thing sure does make it hard to get along & just have a "normal" social function though. Maybe I'll just bring duct tape along next time ;)
