when I was around 4 or 5 my parents started sending me to quite a few P doctors. for hyperactive issues, anger, mood swings, dyslexia, among a number of other problems. I've been diagnosed with B/P and am good about taking my med's; however I still can't concentrate and worst of all I quite literally don't remember whole conversations, I have to look 2 to 3 times just to dial the phone, I have moments when I just can't think of the name of a person I've known for years. God help you if you give me paper because it'll be lost within minuted. The people that work for me have been very understanding and do their best to cover for me, this however can only go on for so long. I'm still hyper but this memory problem really has me bugged. I'm going to reach a point where if I don't git this improved I'm going to loose my job. I would really appreciate some advice. Oh and I had to read over just this little question 3 times because I have a habit of missing important words, when I thought I already had added them

I have my maxed amount of epidural shots of my cervical DDD....(and no one cares about my lumbar DDD)..... I've done physical therapy, muscle relaxers, Amitriptyline, Nortryptiline, desipramine.....narcotics... So I decided to go to a spine specialist and they have me on Gabapentin. Its been two weeks and it did nothing for my lumbar ever... but it did seem to help my cervical and arm/hand pain...
