At my last therapy session, my tdoc advised me to avoid certain triggers. It seems, however, that now that I am actively trying to avoid them, they are EVERYWHERE. It's as if there is no escape. Movies, television shows, books, songs that play on the radio, things people tell me out of the blue, everything is a trigger for me. I can't get away from it. I don't know what to do. I'm so tired of it. Any suggestions on how to best avoid triggers (other than sleeping 24/7)? Thanks in advance.
