I realize that since I've been Dx'd I feel like I try to see BP symptoms in other people around me. I'm 99.9% sure my mom is BP. I also am about 80% sure my best friend has it. Am I the only one who does this?? I used to have a BP friend that told me I was BP. I was like "whatever". In my mind, I just thought that she wanted me to be crazy like her so that she wouldn't be alone, but years later, I found out she was right. Funny how ironic life can be.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Anyways ... Yea I do that too.
I didn't know that my "funny" Aunt had BD and that I was about to embark on a lifetime in her footsteps.
Not so funny anymore.
My line is usually something like "I have reached my maximum capacity for dealing with anything today...I can't take on any more, see me tomarrow"
my Mom and dad both said to me (they are divorced ahdn have not spoken in 25 years), "Well, you didn't get the FROM ME."
Ha! B.S.
