the longest i have ever had one mood is close to three weeks. manic, depressive, hypomanic, mixed... any extreeme any time. some times 2 or 3 BIG shifts in a day. Because not all synptoms have to change at a time (ie. being irritable in manic is almost identical to frustration in depression) I hardley no when I'm coming or going. I never had more than a few minutes of "neutral" mood off meds, and hardly made it a day on. Does anyone here get what i'm saying? How do you cope?
