I know a lot of us have arthritis, fibromyalgia, joint or disc problems. My back is shot after twenty plus years of nursing and hauling patients around but may I suggest aqua aerobics. It's aerobics done in a swimming pool. You stand in water up to your nipple line and exercise to music led by an instructor for an hour. I have found it actually makes me sweat in the pool, gives me more energy, more flexability and has no ill affect on my back.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
LOL...could you imagine all of us doing a class together? Teeheehee!
LUV I think you are beutiful! If I were to see ya I would be lookin at your eyes. That way I could see your radient soul!!! Smile
Seriously though - I DO want to go to a class for myself AND one with my daughter. Since she'll be 2 soon, I think it would be a great time to get her in the water. I probably have a swim suit here somewhere that fits. If not, I'll seriously consider getting one. I need to get this baby weight off!!! Blah!
Do you know how hard it is to lose 130 lbs, gain 90 with pregnancy, and only lose 25 in 2 years!! Blah!
