I'm going to the hospital today. I absolutely went full blown manic yesterday. Most of the day is a fog. Maybe it was the 6o xanax I took, or just me being a super ass. This the first time I've had a day of total almost blackout. I understand I was pretty brutal and for that I'm sorry. kaykay is not what I wrote she is. I checked some of the stuff this morning and was a little shocked to say the least. I'm sorry. but most of yesterday was foggy to me. I'm going into the hospital today because yesterday scared the shit out of me. I don't even recognize the person I was yesterday. Kaykay has been telling me she was seeing my mania increasing for weeks now, and asked to to get help, but I thought she didn't know what she was talking about until this morning.

I have my maxed amount of epidural shots of my cervical DDD....(and no one cares about my lumbar DDD)..... I've done physical therapy, muscle relaxers, Amitriptyline, Nortryptiline, desipramine.....narcotics... So I decided to go to a spine specialist and they have me on Gabapentin. Its been two weeks and it did nothing for my lumbar ever... but it did seem to help my cervical and arm/hand pain...
