Does anyone take abilify? If so how many mg? I was on 5mg but the doc told me to go to 10 if I still wasnt feeling better, just wondering how many mg's someone else has leveled out on. thanks for your help!

I take 15 mg. and have for 7 mos now. It has helped me immensely in the agitation/mixed states department. Good luck to you. I didn't titrate up like you. He just started me on the 15 mg. and that's where I've stayed.

My husband and daughter used to take it. Husband was up to 20 mg -- it was good for leveling his mood, but he developed a bad tremor. Decreased it to 15 and then 10, but the tremor didn't stop. He's now on Seroquel.... my daughter was on 5 mg, but it didn't do much for her mood - she's also on Seroquel now.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps.
