One of my goals is to minimize my meds and side effects. I still have to struggle to manage the bipolar and other ailments. If theres a possibility that I could do as well or better on something natural and less harmful I'd really like that. I take vitamins, fish oil, they dont help with anything that I notice. Any thing work for you? Have you been ble to trade a med with something natural? (that really works) aside from exercise.
