Bipolar Disorder Support Group

Check out your local library or book store and read what's interesting to you. Doing an online search is good, too!
Carrie Fisher has done a couple of memoirs about her life with bp, very funny ie/postcards from the edge

both 'Darkness Visible' by William Styron
