How many of you out their have a problem with anger/rage, even though you take your meds. I take Depakote but still the anger was their. Situations which trigger an immediate outburst are always different. I cannot be surprised and of course must limit stress. But when the anger comes, my brain seems to boil and I just cannot stop the outburst. I worry that my ranting may turn into something physical.
I took Abilify to deal with this anger but I got the creepy crawlies with that med and stopped it.
This is why I cannot work as I do not want to spend the rest of my life in jail due to an uncontrollable outburst.
Any comments on this???

I can count 4 times this year when I Went out of my way to make sure a "friend" felt good on their birthday, especially if they got left hanging. Its early in the...
Keep on the med merry-go-round. There's plenty of meds out there. Risperdal wasn't really effective for me, but it could be the ticket for you. I don't know. Your doc doesn't know. All you and your doc can do is to keep trying.Try another doc if you suspect something is wrong. I did and I am glad. My previous doc is a great guy, but I wasn't getting any better.
As far as SSD/SSI, I don't think it pays much (I could be wrong) and I have heard you will have to jump through many hoops to get it. It's almost a guarantee you'll be denied on your first pass.
