Americans,
Do you see how good the Brits, Aussies, etc. are at remembering it's Thanksgiving, even though they don't celebrate it? We need to try to remember their holidays as well. Because we never do. Now you know one of the reasons people think we're self-centered.
To all of you non-Americans: if so inclined, please list important holidays that you celebrate so that we can wish you well when they roll around!!

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...

Hey!! About St. Patrick's Day!!! I live near Chicago, so of course it's a big deal here, but when I talked to 'real' Irish people, I was surprised to learn that it ISN'T a big deal (celebration wise) in Ireland!!! Is that true?
