More frequently lately I have been having terrible morning panic attacks.I don't know if they wake me up or if I just wake up with them but I don't know what to do .I am thinking of asking PDOC to give me something to take as needed but I am afraid that she will think I just want drugs.(paranoid as I haven't ever had a problem with that) So what should I do?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
(2) what meds are you currently on?
(3) what do you eat at night?
Sam: I don't know what I am panicking about I do have stress like everyone but I just wake up in horrible fear and dread.:(
Pdoc has me on .5 mg of xanax twice a day but I just started it (I've taken it as needed for years on & off but never on a regular basis) so I'lll have to see if it helps.
Good luck with your situation and new meds....that is if you do get some. I would ask....it can't hurt. At the very least tell your pdoc about your anxiety and see what they say.
