How many of us feel like we are fighting this alone? Don't fit in anywhere, not accepted completely by anyone. And online doesn't count cause they only see your posts. But I feel for the most part the loneliest person on the planet.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
So I'll take being second lonliest person on the planet.
I veery rarely feel that way now. I have gained alot of being able to come on here and help others. It has been a two way street I have also recieved.
people that dont have beepers understand more than we give the credit for.
But because we percieve them as normal we tend to discount their help and advice. But what truely is normal, do we think they are normal because they dont have beepers.

We have to believe BP is not a negative and we don't have to wear it on our shirt sleeves. BP people are usually very creative and talented.

There is also a magazine called BP magazine that has stories about stars and people who work in the government that are bipolar. There are great topics pertaining to situations bipolars deal with like diet and moods;to marry or not to marry; should you tell a boss you are bipolar; helping family to understand your illness and on and on.
If you would like more information on either of these subjects, I am here on DS as Okiegirl
