Hi All,
Here goes for my first post. I sometimes find that I get a high/anxious/agitated feeling after exercising. Quite rushy. Unpleasant I'd say. It happens after any type of workout - weights, cycling, swimming.
It doesn't happen all the time, but it is quite unnerving when it does.
Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this
Cheers

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
i would say too much adreniline?
I too get like that after lifting weights, a while after usually. I do about 4 sets of 100 reps with 5 lb weights. C'mon I'm a woman lol. Ah huh definately feel a little out of sorts some hours later or even the next day. But, I have to keep excercising so I'm learning to adjust for it. I find that to rid myself of that weird feeling I do a few more reps. Sort of a cooling down I guess? or is it a warm up?
Orb, thanks for your comments re warming down. Something tells me that a warmdown may help a bit..
