I am currently very depressed and am in a cycle. I have not had one since December. I was dxed in November and with meds became "normal" for a few months. Now, here we go again. I am more afraid now than I was before the diagnosis. I don't understand why. Isn't knowledge supposed to be power? I feel helpless. Has anyone else felt this way?
