No kidding here folks. I have been having one treatment each week for a month now and it is having such a positive effect on me. I feel more centered and balanced. Really feel grounded and have more energy, without tripping into the hypomanic phase that is what I know as having energy. It is helping so much that I wanted to share this non pharmaceutical health benefit that is helping me so much. I look forward to going every week. If anyone else tries it, please write about the way you are feeling as you receive treatments. I love the fact that there are no drugs.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
For people not afraid of needles and who try this, good luck to you
I just got another treatment yesterday.
it's an amazing science. absolutely amazing
with these two aspects, they then place the needles into points along energy meridians.
then they might give you herbs to help move the stagnant chi.
70-percent of chinese medicine is the diet and since we are electrical beings, drinking enough water is very important.
google acupuncture
I'm glad it works... but, it's not for me! I'd probably faint after the first needle.
EVERYDAY!
For me, the results are so amazing. absolutely amazing.
enough to keep me going back
Years ago, when I was hooked on coke... I actually gave myself a needle, but, I was so screwed up... it didn't matter.
No, I think I'll stick to my meds.
you actually can start out with just acupressure. the massage therapist works on the same trigger points.
or, you can do the emotional freedom technique which also works on these same acupressure points.
It works!
