I have recommended this book to three people on DS now and would like to mention it again for the rest of the board to see. It's called "Women's Moods, What Every Woman Must Know About Hormones, the Brain and Emotional Health" It's authored by Deborah Sechel MD and Jeanne Driscoll MS RN CS. Used copies are available on Amazon. I believe it adds a brand new dimension to the treatment of mental health disorders since a large portion of the book is devoted to them including BP1 and BP2. It was written in 1999 and is a little out dated in reference to more current anti-depressants but that is my only critique. If you get a copy and read it please let me know if you found it helpful so I can spread the word in different places.
