I had a good therapy session and just wanted to share. If any of you were on last night I was pretty irritated at my husband for grounding our 17-year-old from "everything but air" and then leaving me to deal with him while he went on a 5 day hunting trip. My therapist ever so gently explained to him that things that seem very simple to him are overwhelming and insurmountable to me when I am in the midst of a deep depression. She gave us some ideas for dealing with the situation. We discussed it and came up with a solution. He's ungrounded until MIL arrives tomorrow night. She'll take care of discipline that night and Friday afternoon until he goes to stay with his dad at deer camp. She'll also stay with me over the weekend so I won't get to feeling abandoned and get tempted to take pills again. I'm definitely taking him back with me to therapy next time!

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
