so i woke up this morning, rolled over in bed, looked up at the ceiling, and then i thought....OHH NOOOOOO.....and then i made that face like....uh oh, i think i messed up again.....
i hate to bring it up, but after all that went on last night, WOW. WHAT exactly happened? what was I thinking......
it is so weird to think about the different ways that we feel at any given time. last night for example, i just didnt care. normally i do care a little, but last night, i didnt care at all...i was feeling soooooo, what is the word, FRISKY, haha. How do you watch yourself and behave when you're in a mood of simply NOT caring?? Can you curb those moods??
Anyway then its so weird to wake up this morning and have the first thought in my mind be...uh oh...like ive come back or something. its weird, like we leave our bodies and arent ourselves and then finally at some point we just have to sit back with out head in our hands and think what was i thinking, why did i say that, why did i do that......
anyway always hate that....

I've always been the kinda person to make sure that everyone I Care about feels appreciated and knew somebody had their back. I can count 4 times this year when I Went out of my way to make sure a "friend" felt good on their birthday, especially if they got left hanging. Its early in the...
Very hard to explain to a non-bipolar spouse, that's for sure!
The biggest problem is finding out your warning signs. I personally have trouble with that. I only catch myself about half of the time.
